The Pine Cone – Federal Hill, Providence RI
The traditional Italian welcome symbol is situated at the top of Federal Hill as visitors enter. Memorial of WWI – Warwick RI
The WWI memorial is situated in front of city hall in Warwick, Rhode Island. The memorial was dedicated in 1919 and is in memory of the young courageous men of Warwick and surrounding towns who enlisted in the military and put their lives on the line to defend our great nation. The statue symbolizes strength, bravery and fearlessness. The United States of America entered the war to combat tyranny and support US Allies.
Newport Casino – Newport RI
The Newport Casino is an athletic recreation center located in the heart of Newport on Bellevue Avenue. This historical landmark was built way back in 1880. In early 1987 it was decided to designate this complex as a National Historical Landmark. This is surely a great place to stop and visit for tourists who are in town for the weekend or summer. If one were to stop in, you would notice that the facility now houses the International Tennis Hall of Fame. This is just another one of those special gems in RI.


Bristol Statehouse – Bristol RI
Located on High Street in Bristol, this historical landmark was built back in 1816. This building was one of five locations in Rhode Island which hosted state legislature. In the 1980s this building served as the Bristol County courthouse. Nowadays, the building is used for various educational and community based programs as well as for meetings and special events.
